1. Registration Fee
The Registration Fee (if applicable) is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee covers administrative setup, creation of your LMS account, and dashboard activation. Once registration is completed, no refund or adjustment of this amount will be entertained.
2. Refunds for Self-Paced Courses

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the date of purchase.

The money-back guarantee is void if you have logged into the course or accessed any LMS content, masterclass sessions, or soft skill classes.

Any refund request raised beyond 7 days of purchase will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.

Refunds on discounted or subsidised course fees are not applicable. The only option in such cases is a course change.
3. Refunds for Instructor-Led / Live Classes

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of the date of purchase.

The money-back guarantee is void if you have logged into the e-learning portal or have attended one or more live sessions or received session recordings.

Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchase will not be accepted.

Refunds on discounted or subsidised course fees are not applicable. The only option is a course change.

Refunds are not applicable if a batch reschedule has been requested by you (the participant).

If the fee has been paid via an EMI portal, education loan, or any third-party financing arrangement, refunds are not applicable.

If the fee is paid in part payments or a token amount is paid to reserve a seat, refunds are not applicable.
In cases where a refund is approved, the full training fee will be refunded after deducting applicable taxes, LMS costs, and payment gateway or transaction charges.
4. Cancellation by the Learner

If you cancel 10 or more business days before the course start date, 10% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.

If you cancel within 10 business days of the course start date, no refund will be provided.

No refund or credit will be issued for participants who fail to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice.
5. Program Cancellation or Postponement by Sifcore
Sifcore reserves the right to postpone or cancel a program due to insufficient enrollments, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events such as natural disasters, political instability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If Sifcore cancels a program and your refund request is raised within 10 days of purchase, 100% of the course fee will be refunded. Travel, logistics, or personal expenses will not be refunded.

If Sifcore cancels or postpones a program and you are beyond 10 days of purchase, you will be rescheduled to the next available batch at no additional cost. If you prefer not to continue, a pro-rata refund will be considered at our sole discretion.

Learners may also request a transfer to another batch or program, subject to availability and administrative approval. A nominal batch transfer fee may apply.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Courses or programs purchased at a discounted, subsidised, or promotional price.

Add-on materials, e-books, toolkits, or supplementary content purchased separately.

Courses for which a certificate of completion has already been issued.

Fee paid through EMI, education loan, or third-party financing.

Part payments or token/seat reservation amounts.

Batch rescheduling requested by the participant.
7. Duplicate Payment Refunds
In case of a duplicate payment, the extra amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 10 working days of confirmation. Please notify us immediately at support@sifcore.com with payment proof if you believe a duplicate charge has occurred.
8. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

Send a refund request email to support@sifcore.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order ID / Course Name]".

Include the following: proof of payment, course name, registered email address, and reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
9. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Applicable taxes, LMS costs, and payment gateway charges may be deducted. Sifcore is not responsible for additional delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
10. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting Sifcore, we reserve the right to suspend your account and dispute the chargeback. We strongly encourage you to reach out to our support team first to resolve any payment concerns amicably.
