Sifcore Platform Usage & User Agreement
Welcome to Sifcore. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Sifcore platform, including our website, online courses, live classes, and related services. By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sifcore. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are a minor. By creating an account, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws.
To access courses or live classes, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account credentials confidential.
Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the selected course or live class. Course access duration may vary depending on the program details.
Live classes are conducted online at scheduled times. Learners are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior during sessions. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled unless specifically mentioned.
While Sifcore makes reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted platform access, we do not guarantee continuous availability and may perform scheduled maintenance when required.
Course fees are communicated directly through official Sifcore communication channels. Payments can be made using debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, and other approved payment methods.
All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. Sifcore does not store your banking or card information.
Applicable taxes, including GST, may apply unless stated otherwise. In case of failed transactions or incorrect charges, please contact support@sifcore.com within 7 days.
By purchasing any course or training program, you agree to the Sifcore Refund Policy.
Sifcore reserves the right to cancel or postpone programs due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, learners may be shifted to another batch or considered for a refund according to policy guidelines.
All course materials, videos, notes, recordings, branding assets, and platform content are the intellectual property of Sifcore or its licensors.
Users must not engage in activities that disrupt the Platform or violate applicable laws.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent termination without refund.
The Platform and all related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Sifcore does not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific learning outcomes.
Sifcore is not responsible for third-party websites linked through the Platform and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Sifcore Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, India.
